Now that spring has finally arrived, it’s time to start thinking about refreshing your flea and tick control system. During the winter months fleas and ticks aren’t so much of a problem. The cold weather slows the activity of fleas, and ticks bury themselves in leaf litter awaiting the warmer weather.
Now that things are warming up so are insects and creepy crawlies everywhere, which includes biting insects such as fleas and ticks. To keep these nasty little creatures under control you need to be pro-active and treat your pets with preventative medication such as Frontline or a medicated / herbal shampoo.
